Job summary

The CVS Health Operations Manager leads store teams and drives execution to deliver service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll oversee store operations, inventory, staffing and financials while building customer loyalty.

The role requires flexible full-time availability, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $21.94 to $35.94 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Willing to work full-time with flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.
