Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance and customer service while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy under the Store Manager’s guidance.

This full-time role leads staffing, training, development, financial management and policy implementation, with a 40-hour week and a pay range of $20.55–$34.55 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
