Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store execution, inventory, staffing, and customer service in a CVS/pharmacy setting. Under the Store Manager, you will drive performance, engage the team, and model excellence in service and operations.

This full-time role includes overseeing staff, policy implementation, and financial management with a focus on customer satisfaction and store metrics. Anticipated weekly hours: 40.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Management – Lead others and work effectively with store crews. Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew. Communicate information to staff and supervisors. Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Customer Service – Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
