Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service and leading a capable store crew.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will manage staffing and development, financials, and customer service initiatives to improve operations and service levels in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management, policy implementation and store execution.
• Sales, inventory management and employee staffing, training and development.
• Provide customer service leadership and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Support Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans.
