Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store’s operations in New York state, driving sales growth and inventory accuracy. The OM will manage a team including Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, ensuring execution of planograms and processes to maximise performance.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee scheduling and training, and champion a guest-centric experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS, MS Office, and Apple devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change.

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Lead scheduling, realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes.
• Manage inventory, vendor partnerships, and loss prevention.
• Develop and coach store team and drive a service culture and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
