Responsibilities

• Supervise fellow coworkers while they work and monitor their performance.
• Schedule, train employees, manage inventory levels, and handle cash and shrink.
• Build and increase sales and ensure excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train and motivate store staff, resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced correctly, and displayed safely.
• Conduct safety meetings and report incidents following company procedures.
