Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to support the Store Leader in achieving sales, expenses, and guest experience goals. You will drive engagement, leadership, and efficiency across the team while maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, floor sets, inventory, and loss prevention, while coaching associates to deliver exceptional guest service and develop talent for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual goals.
• Engages guests and ensures exceptional shopping experiences.
• Co-leads floor sets and refresh management.
• Manages scheduling and back of house operations.
• Oversees inventory, markdowns, shipments, and loss prevention systems.
• Trains new associates on operational processes and standards.
