Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive top-line sales, and oversee inventory and operational excellence. The role focuses on accountability, scheduling, and partner relations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial goals.

The OM will manage a team including Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, align realignments, planograms, and RTV processes, and champion Ulta Beauty’s standards across performance, people and process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management or similar.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
