Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive top-line sales, and ensure operational excellence. You will coordinate realignments, planograms, inventory cycles, and loss prevention while modeling Ulta’s values.

You will attract, hire, and develop talent, coach staff, and enforce standards. The role demands scheduling, budgeting, and guest-focused leadership to deliver great service and results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management experience: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Leadership experience: developing and motivating a team and guiding staff through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet sales and service goals and uphold brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and realignment/planogram activities.
• Oversee inventory life cycle, stock integrity, and loss prevention.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members; recruit and retain top talent.
• Maintain guest service focus and drive a positive, compliant work environment.
