Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) to lead a store team and drive top-line sales growth while upholding Ulta Beauty's mission and standards.

The OM will supervise a team including Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage realignments, planograms, and inventory life cycle tasks, and ensure excellent guest service and operational excellence. A passion for beauty and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expenses.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating talent.
• Merchandising and store operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory life cycle, planograms, audits, and RTV/DIF processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, store standards, and loss prevention measures.
• Drive staffing and scheduling to meet business goals and optimize productivity.
• Coach and develop associates through feedback, training, and performance reviews.
