Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling within budget
• Review and react to financial and operational reports, audits, and store visits
• Lead makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Maintain attendance and ensure compliance with policies
