Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a CVS/pharmacy store in Durham, NC. You will drive store execution, inventory management, staffing and financial oversight while fostering strong customer service and loyalty.

The role focuses on building a productive team, implementing policy, and delivering exceptional service. Strong leadership, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
