Job summary

Altar'd State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with 130+ locations in 40 states. The Assistant Store Leader of Operations will direct activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales targets, and merchandising, while driving associate engagement and development.

You will provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve guest service, sales, and merchandising goals.
• Develop top talent and engage associates through feedback and coaching.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization, and payroll.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and handle banking.
• Coordinate floorsets and visual merchandising with district and visual teams.
• Ensure store environment aligns with brand aesthetic and standards.
