Job summary

Altar’d State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with 130+ locations nationwide. The Assistant Store Leader of Operations will support the Store Leader in delivering exceptional guest service, achieving sales objectives, controlling costs, and maintaining merchandising standards across the store.

You will lead by example, coach associates, manage schedules, and ensure a clean, well-maintained environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve goals and drive guest service excellence.
• Oversee scheduling and back-of-house processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop associates, manage performance and recognition.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising presentation and floorset execution.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
