Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops management staff.
• Manages payroll administration including scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment and ensures regulatory compliance.
