Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Manage planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps.
• Engage and develop team members to deliver excellent shopping experiences.
