Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead staff and coordinate training and evaluations.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Ensure internal controls and safeguarding company assets.
