Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, and to enhance customer service and loyalty. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently and safely.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage merchandising, and maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Able to work full-time with flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff when manager is not onsite.
• Drive store execution and customer service excellence.
• Assist in price, merchandising, inventory and display maintenance.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
