Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and cash control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and controls.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise is presented per standards and direction.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and deposits.
