Dollar General Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's direction, you will supervise employees, manage merchandise presentation, and handle deposits to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting assets.

You will perform stocking, cashier duties, and ensure policy compliance, training, and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers, operate cash register, and manage store operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cashier functions.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise flow, planograms, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with deposits and cash control.
• Oversee store operations in Store Manager's absence.
