Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, oversee back-end operations, and coach a diverse team in a fast-paced showroom environment.

You will drive store performance, optimize logistics and inventory processes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with The Bob’s Way. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required for this full-time, on-site role.
