Job summary

CVS Health in Danville, VA is seeking an Operations Manager on the Store Management team to drive store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through exceptional service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, model initiative, and uphold safety and quality in daily operations.

You will oversee store management, inventory, staffing, training and development, financial management and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Promote CVS customer service culture, assist customers and resolve issues
