• Maintain store conditions for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Respond to emergencies, ensure proper staffing, and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Lead maintenance team, train partners, and monitor facility standards.
• Communicate shift issues and manage security and loss prevention.
• Cover back-door security and manage expenses and licenses as required.
