Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Norman, OK seeks a store leader who builds and develops teams, teaches training, listens to associates, tours stores, and provides feedback. You will communicate and collaborate across all levels to implement business solutions, align with company direction, and model exceptional service using the One Best Way.

You will drive store performance, review budgets and forecasts, manage expenses, and oversee merchandising, inventory flow and loss prevention.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Promote a sense of belonging in the workplace and recruit qualified staff to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support ethics and integrity across the store.
• Drive store performance by managing budget, forecasting, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink reduction.
