Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in California. You will drive store execution, inventory control, staffing and development, and financial oversight while delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a engaged team, implement action plans for operational improvements, and ensure policy compliance. This full-time role requires flexibility including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
