We seek a store operations leader to oversee daily activities, coach staff on selling techniques, inventory practices and product knowledge to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maximize productivity to achieve sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate expectations to staff.
• Ensure products and selling areas are stocked and merchandised.
• Motivate staff and promote team effort to achieve department and store goals.
• Ensure store is run in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assist in attaining shrinkage goals within industry standards.
• Responsible for store opening and closing functions.
