• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of work performed by employees according to standards.
• Maintain store records and ensure safe, clean premises.
• Train and evaluate employees; manage store personnel and operations.
• Follow cash handling and security policies; maximize financial performance.
• Collaborate with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services.
