Open availability including nights and weekends is required. A valid driver license with personal auto insurance and background checks are needed. Four-year degree preferred; 3–4 years supervisory experience with a team of 25+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–4 years related production/retail management experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience with 25+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in management of processing and separation of donations, salvage, E-Commerce, E-Cycle, and E-Waste.
• Ensure production goals are met or exceeded; maximize sales through stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility; ensure PPE and safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Workforce Development and Social Services for client program support.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS procedures, and reporting.
