Job summary

Dollar Tree in Albany, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, and loss prevention while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized store, protecting assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Adhere to store policies and safety guidelines.
