The candidate should have 2–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years retail experience.
• High School Diploma/GED; some college preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer systems, MS Word and Excel is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates in front and back-end store activities including check-out, returns, and customer service.
• Manage receiving, unloading, distribution, and stocking of merchandise.
• Keep the store organized and ready for business.
• Train associates on store policies and procedures.
• Delegate daily workload to meet merchandising and visual standards.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Handle inventory tasks and daily record keeping.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
