Job summary

Gerrity’s Ace Hardware in Clarks Summit, PA, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy, support pricing and stock levels, and assist with merchandising and store resets while delivering friendly customer service on the sales floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory management or prior Ace Sales Associate experience, HS diploma, strong communication, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Inventory Management or 2 years as an Ace Sales Associate.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly in all situations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
• Coordinate all monthly promotions including the monthly endcaps and execution of the monthly promotion guide.
• Oversee introduction of new items to store mix through Item Change Management.
• Assist customers throughout the store with personalized service to amaze every customer.
