Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Seattle is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution across freight, Feed to Floor, and recovery programs. You will coach team members, enforce safety standards, and ensure consistent store performance while supporting the Store Manager in planning and financial results.

The role requires prior retail leadership, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage complex processes.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required.
• Past store operations and supervisory experience preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes with assigned routines.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities and receiving standards.
• Maintain store safety, compliance and customer service excellence.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed and assist customers.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Support Store Manager with operations planning, prioritization and financial results.
