Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for associates, acting as both team member and leader.
• Manage workflow, coverage, and prompt handling of breaks and customer needs.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Drive sales and margins through effective merchandising and execution.
• Engage with customers warmly, resolve issues, and assist with returns.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, stocking, and stock rotation to minimize out‑of‑stock.
