Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and deposit control beneficial.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees in planning and implementation of store processes.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; address performance and conduct.
• Ensure proper staffing and timely opening/closing of the store.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory and shrink, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, signage and presentation standards.
• Uphold cash control procedures and cashier accountability.
