Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development in Louisville, KY. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and leadership support to the store team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, coaching of associates, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities in retail management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional storefront fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Ensure safety compliance and that associates follow policies and procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
