Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; staff the store.

• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; conduct meetings.
• Open and close the store as scheduled.
• Evaluate operating statements; identify trends and control expenses.
• Order to meet in-stock targets; review inventory weekly.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, signage and stock presentation.
• Maintain inventory levels; manage damages and losses.
• Ensure cashier integrity, key control and security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized store environment.
