Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Store operations to meet Company standards.
• Staff, train and develop leadership team to deliver sales and profit results.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor operations to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Control payroll hours and scheduling to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety, and manage losses.
• Lead annual inventory process including preparation and execution of inventory guidelines.
• Supervise Retail Associates in providing efficient and friendly service at registers and service desks.
