Job summary

Meijer in Kokomo, Indiana seeks an experienced Store Operations Leader to direct day-to-day store activities across food and general merchandise. You will manage planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps while guiding a team responsible for service quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including food and general merchandise.
• Manage planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps.
• Direct recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
• Drive customer service and profitability while resolving complaints.
• Ensure merchandising and displays maximize sales and trims.
• Forecast staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
• Lead communications and uphold Meijer values.
