Job summary

CVS Health in Kentucky is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent service, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role focuses on supervising store operations, sales, inventory, staffing, and financial management, while leading by example and fostering a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
