Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Ability to process payroll and understand labor policies.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget and analyze P&L data to inform planning and decisions.
• Provide leadership on the retail floor, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
• Support sell-through by maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Execute store initiatives and projects from corporate directives.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
