Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Operations to keep the store running smoothly and drive performance across operations, people, and guest experience. You will manage financials, payroll, schedules, and vendor relationships while executing company initiatives at the store level.

You will lead a diverse team, ensure labor efficiency, and partner with leadership on budgets and inventory controls, contributing to a high-performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Review, monitor and manage budget and other business data and metrics (e.g., P&L, expenses).
• Provide retail floor leadership to team members and coordinate labor hours for deliveries.
