Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage the store's weekly schedule and payroll documentation.
• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Lead store floor operations and ensure guest experience excellence.
• Coordinate labor hours with inventory deliveries and vendor relationships.
• Execute company-level operations directives and safety policies.
