Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Operations to join our store leadership team. This role oversees scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory, vendor relations, technology, and facilities to keep the store running smoothly and guest experiences exceptional.

You will lead a team, manage labor hours, and coordinate with the Store Manager. The position supports omnichannel programs and requires a proactive, inclusive leadership approach in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes
• Payroll and other documentation experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Monitor budget and other business data (e.g., P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership to team members and ensure efficient floor operations.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives and initiatives at the store level.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
