FiveStar Food Mart in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to work with the store management team to learn and assist in managing the overall operations, including customer service, food service, and daily store tasks.

You will train staff, promote FiveStar service, ensure merchandising and inventory, and support in accounting and safety procedures. Flexibility for varied shifts is required, and you must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the store management team to learn and assist in managing overall operations.
• Assist in accounting, marketing, customer service, and food service duties.
• Direct store team in duties as required by policy and procedures.
• Assist in training store team and educating on policies and communications.
• Merchandise and maintain adequate inventory; evaluate displays and pricing.
• Ensure inventory control methods, equipment condition, and safety guidelines.
