Job summary

Responsibilities include stocking, cashiering, and maintaining inventory to maximize profitability and protect assets. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience in retail supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals and perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and assist customers.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and display following company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and conduct facility controls.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation per planograms and store policies.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management during the Store Manager’s absence.
