Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, from staffing and inventory to merchandising and customer service. The role drives efficient, profitable performance while ensuring compliance with policies.

Key duties include recruiting and training staff, managing opening/closing procedures, analyzing sales data, and maintaining a safe, organized environment to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing staff, with legal compliance awareness.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 55 pounds, and move merchandise.
• Preferably, a high school diploma or equivalent and management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
• Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage development and discipline.
• Manage store opening/closing and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improve profitability.
• Order merchandise to meet stock targets and manage inventory accuracy.
• Ensure signage and pricing align with company standards and maintain cash handling integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and complete documentation accurately.
