Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations and drive a smooth, profitable retail experience. You will manage payroll, budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities while writing the weekly staff schedule and overseeing people-related admin tasks.

You’ll execute company initiatives at the store level, coach a diverse team, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that delivers outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours
• Experience managing projects or processes
• Experience with payroll and labor budgeting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade it to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget, P&L, expenses, and cash while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Lead retail floor operations and provide guidance to team members.
• Execute company-level operations projects at the store level and ensure safety policies.
