Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, and P/L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory with knowledge of cost of goods, turnover, ordering, and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and store profitability; monitor labor and scheduling.
• Maintain and supervise store facilities and equipment, and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Train and coach teammates; conduct orientation and performance evaluations; enforce policies.
