Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of US work authorization.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Physically able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Work indoors for most time, with some outdoor periods.
• Stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs with safety equipment.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to stock or place signage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Fill in for the Store Manager when the Manager is not present.
• Assist customers in product purchases and develop customer connections.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and staff.
