Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team focused on top-line sales growth through people, process, and performance. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and GM to optimize schedules, inventory life cycle, and guest service.

The role emphasizes talent development, adherence to standards, and execution of planograms and compliance programs to deliver an energetic and engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting, manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team and lead others through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales and loyalty programs.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Analyze reports and store performance to guide decisions.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive guest experience.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
• Manage scheduling, inventory life-cycle processes, and planograms.
